The Castle Inn

Picture a 12^th century, classic Cotswolds village. Houses made from thick honey-coloured stone and dappled with ivy line the edges of the narrow main street, and a river flows slowly through underneath. You’ve just pictured Castle Combe in Wiltshire – the untouched village that’s been awarded “Prettiest Village in England” more than a few times. And at the heart of it is The Castle Inn.

Standing proudly in the old market square, welcoming day-trippers, locals, and overnight guests alike. It’s the kind of old English pub that’s romanticised in films and books, thanks to its charm, quirks, and authenticity (in fact, our pub’s even had a few starring roles). But we're not serving your average pub grub here. The menu has been thoughtfully curated, featuring seasonally inspired dishes made with local and homegrown ingredients that will delight foodies and the gastronomically curious alike.  

Upstairs, 12 contemporary and comfortable rooms spill off twisting, low-ceiling corridors. Each with character you’d expect from Exclusive Collection, yet that’s completely unique to The Castle Inn. It’s a place where local charm meets exceptional experience.
