Hillfield Bar serves the food and drink you crave when visiting your classic country local, albeit with a five-star twist. Take your pick from light breakfasts, hot and cold plates served all day, bar nibbles, pastries and cakes from the Pennyhill bakery, as well as the hotel’s award-winning afternoon tea.

When it comes to drinks, in addition to a classic barista coffee, you can expect the very best in English aperitifs, Hillfield house-made cordials and signature cocktails - not least from our award-winning Hillfield Gin. As well as local beers and a wine list that includes the finest of English and European producers.
