Award-winning Head Pastry Chef, Sarah Frankland
Sarah is our wonderful Head Pastry Chef at Pennyhill Park in Surrey, leading a team of 10 pastry chefs in the kitchens. Sarah had a great start to her career in 2004 at Michelin starred Angela Hartnett at The Connaught, followed by William Curley four times best British chocolatier for six and half years where she worked her way up to Head Patisserie. From there, she moved to the Michelin starred Yauatcha for three years before joining us at Pennyhill Park in September 2016. We’re super proud of the delicious afternoon tea Sarah has created and the numerous awards she has won during her career (take a peek below) – she’s even on Bake Off: The Professionals 2019!
